First, look at the outside of your home, better known as your curb appeal. Inspect the outside of your house from the view of a passerby. What do you notice first? What dollar-earning characteristics seem waiting to be noticed? Knowing this assists us in determining what we can do to entice buyers from the street and into your house. If your home isn't the best it can look on the outside with refreshed paint and blooming greenery we'll need to tackle those as well. Refer to the Curb Appeal Checklist and elevate your house's final selling price.

"Welcome to your new home!"
Does your house seem to say, "This is Your New Home" to a buyer? Examining your home with a critical eye, we'll advise you of arrangements that enhance market appeal. We'll suggest that you take away items that give the illusion of clutter. Counter tops should be free and clear. Arts and crafts, sentimental items, family photos, and refrigerator works of art should get moved out of sight. We can help you simplify the decor of house. Unattractive or busy areas make your home look less spacious and buyers have a more difficult time imagining themselves living there.
Every room gets a once-over. We'll point out the pieces of furniture that should be rearranged, rooms that need a fresh coat of paint, carpet needing to get changed, fixtures that could use brightening, and any other improvement that can quickly be made to positively affect the sale.
We'll make sure your home is appealing and that it's inviting, avoiding "loud" or "can't-work-with" hues on the walls and furniture. And if you've already moved out, you can think about temporary furnishings. The goal is for your house to look homey as opposed to barren.

Setting the Stage
You'll know when for the Open House, because all of the changes come together to create a picture of what buyers can expect after they close on your house. Dark living areas can be a real mood killer, so we'll do things like part the curtains and create light where needed to welcome the buyer. Together we'll enhance the mood of the house with enjoyable music to listen to while guests enjoy your home and make sure a pleasant aroma circulates throughout your home. We'll incorporate cozy-looking bedspreads, and pillows on your chairs and bedding. We want buyers to feel like your current house has the potential to be.
